At Oregon Culinary Institute, we teach real-world skills that prepare our students for a successful career in the food and beverage industry.  Oregon Culinary Institute was founded on a simple idea:  that a great culinary or pastry arts education must be complete, practical, affordable, and give its graduates the best possible foundation for a life in the food service industry.  Students may benefit from our Career Services department, which seeks externship and job opportunities around the country, and financial aid is available for all who qualify. 

Oregon Culinary Institute's programs are taught in Portland, Oregon, in a beautiful 13,000 square-foot facility, with industry-standard kitchen labs, classrooms, a computer lab and an open-to-the-public fine-dining restaurant.  Our programs include:
