There is a critical shortage for qualified technicians in this industry as the world continues to become increasingly energy-efficient, and technology-dependent. At Coyne College, you'll learn real-world skills, get hands-on training, and benefit from an individualized focus when you take part in Coyne's training program for the HVAC-R industry. Learn about diagnosing, servicing, repairing and managing systems as you prepare to take EPA 608 refrigeration certification exams. (AAS degree or diploma option)
Electrical Construction and Maintenance
Electricity powers the world in which we live. Even in the midst of these tough times, electricians are finding themselves continually in demand. Coyne's Electrical Construction and Maintenance graduates are whole-systems experts, ready to go to work as entry-level Electrical Technicians- building, troubleshooting and maintaining today's electrical systems. (Diploma)
Electrical Construction and Planning
As the population and economy grow, more electricians will be needed to install and maintain electrical devices and wiring in homes, factories, offices and other structures. Coyne's Electrical Construction and Planning program provides theory and practice in electrical and electronic basics, tool usage, test equipment, and safety. Hands-on exercises include conduit bending and installation, lighting, control systems installation and more. (AAS degree only)
